Homeowners witnessed giant hailstones reaching sizes of 7 centimeters in some areas. Weather authorities confirmed that various areas across the state had been hit with significant hail.

Emergency response teams handled over five hundred requests for assistance across the region, primarily for structural issues but also for collapsed vegetation and inundation.

The following day was expected to become the most rainy day, with continued thunderstorm potential predicted across different parts of both areas.
